How do I create a label?

Labels exist in a context of a task. So to access the list of labels inside a task you need to:

1. Go to the task screen
2. Access a "labels" section in the task screen.
3. Press the button New
4. Fill the form with the label name and if the label should be applied to a limit set of data records, add the label criteria with the field name and value
5. Finnally, press Create button
